What it’s Like To Work at Marcou Construction

We are looking for motivated, hard working team members who have a great attitude and attention to detail.

Experience is preferred but not required. We will teach you the skills needed to be safe, knowledgeable, and productive member of the surface mining community.

Roles at Marcou Construction include: 

Excavator-hammer operator
Crushing plant operator
Skid steer operator
Loader operator

Skills Performed at Marcou Construction include: 

Drive water trucks on site
Clean plant for transport
Setup plant in different configurations
Excavator hoisting plant pieces for setup and tear downs.
Crushing plant general maintenance
Crushing plant daily inspections
General Welding/Cutting
Fabricator/Engineer
Rigging
